What is your ideal end goal for a communist world? Anarcho communism, or perhaps a more government based system

This kinda opened my mind up, I live in Canada. I've read heavily about modern communist parties, and recent histories of socialist or communist states. However I've failed to ever pick something up on China that isn't centre around Chairman Mao. Could you tell me more about pre 80's Leninism specifically how much it's changed your society?
