How did you think people would die most often? (Health, sanity, hunger, other?)

Not OP, but I had breast cancer as well (woman) - Neulasta forces your bone marrow to work harder for the white blood cell count, thus: bone pain.

Interestingly, Claritin helps with it.

What makes Y Combinator's program so successful? Is it the people coming through it (e.g., they would have possibly made anyways because they're that good) or is there something about the program itself?
