totally conscious. was pretty freaked out. had a lot of pain coming from my nut sack then reached down my pants and saw a lot of blood. looked into my hand and saw a bloody mess of gunk hanging outside of my scrotum and thought "oh this is not going to be a good day"

shockingly yes. i didnt get a boner for like a week which is probably the longest i've gone in my life since i started getting boners. the first time i jacked it (2 week post accident) i was pretty nervous about what would come out. but it was normal and probably the best jack of my life. still get some pain now and then.
