The bigger question is doing it in a way that is legal. Some states require both/all parties to be aware of the recording.

That's not really a problem. You know that you are recording and the Comcast rep also knows it recorded since they record all calls. Though how this theory holds up in court I do not know. Technically though both parties know the call is recorded.

It's 60MB of UPLOADS per month. You can store as much as you want you just can't upload more than 60MB per month without paying. I think the paid version lets you upload 1GB per month.
