I have played in gold league in BCA for about 3 years and high silver before that. I am a solid 8 (9 on a good day). What steps would you recommend to actually step out of the bar room pool league scene and into a professional setting?

Assault as a legal definition does not mean that a physical act occurred. It's an act that creates apprehension or fear in another individual of imminent harmful or offensive contact.

Contact is defined as both physical and communicated.

That's why the name is what it is. Sexual assault being the crime, the cyber piece being the location that the crime occurred.

Ex: Cyber stalking. Stalking is the crime, cyber is the location. There is no charge called "cyber stalking"
