American, here, and I have a pretty similar situation. My grandma was able to trace our ancestry back enough to get us citizenship cards. But she's the only one of us that obviously looks like she could be Native. There are times when I look at myself, that I can see features typical to our tribe- high cheekbones, flattened noses, etc. But other than that, I look SO white. Sandy blonde hair, pale skin, freckles, blue eyes.
So, an unfortunate thing happened way back in the past. My (howevermany) greats grandfather only claimed to be the bare minimum percentage he needed to be in order to get certain rights and sell his land. And he was definitely full-blood. The sad thing is that's screwed up our whole records. On paper, I'm a measly 1/128, and it pales in comparison to what I really am. I've always been proud of my Native heritage, though, even if I really don't look it. There are days that I feel like a poser for claiming my blood. But I recently met a man that works in my college's art department, that is very obviously Native. And he's made me feel so welcome, sort of almost taking me in, in a way. We talk about culture, about fights that are going on with Native governments and the US government. And it just makes me feel more accepted for who and what I am.
To sum up, claim your heritage. Claim your rights. If people comment negatively on it, just tell them to fuck off and you know who you are.

It's actually more like a chicken period. None of them hens producing commercially sold eggs are anywhere near roosters.

Nope, couldn't be. Rapunzel and Eugene appear in one scene when the girls are grown. They're still young-looking. Couldn't have been the right time.
