Not taking a stance here... but it’s not. Judicial Branch doesn’t create laws.

You said we have to listen to science... but science doesn’t know if stricter lockdowns would’ve created a virus-free scenario.

I’m not sure it’s responsible to recommend listening to science and then making an absolute that the scientists don’t make.

How can you focus on “children and veterans first”? That would imply that you place them at higher value than other homeless Americans. Which begs the question - what is your value rating system?
