Radiation oncologist resident here... don't you need adjuvant radiation? I'm from Canada, but typically it would happen before adjuvant chemo.,, just wondering if your doc ever mentioned radiation as an option and if so, why it wasn't done?

Patients like this endlessly frustrate me - it’s a big reason why I went into oncology instead of medicine - people seem more motivated to get better when it’s the big “C” as opposed to other issues that are often self inflicted and made worse by the patient after diagnosis.. which often comes with a healthy dose of entitlement.
