Do you have a plan in place to start announcing tournaments with more than a few months notice, I know as US military member, we have to plan vacations and events more than a few months in advance due to the job?

Awesome. I know alot goes into it. Just know most people would like the most amount of time possible.

How can we be sure in a tournament setting that all the rules are followed? I know watching the Canadian open, Throwers and judge were ingorning the 5 second rule throw, on many many occasions and seems to happen at almost every tournament?
