I have never played WOW yet I constantly get emails from Blizzard saying my account has been disabled. I keep sending them all my info, but I keep getting the e-mails. What should I do?

How much of what you write is influenced by what is coming in the future for a drawn-out storyline? Do you have to make sure you fit in certain things to advance character development to fit in with what you know is a certain end point?

I was pretty much joking. I really do get these emails on a regular basis but just delete them. But, thank you for giving me a way to report them.

I loved your book and laughed out loud about "Whore Dice". As I was in the hospital at the time, my wife got the honor of reading this to me while I was horizontal. My question is: Did you do all the writing in the book? (Which was very funny and well done). And Do you have any plans for another book?

What do you recommend as an everyday carry piece?
