Disagree. Sure, you didn't start the conversation, but you and just about everyone else is now having that same conversation except YOU ARE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS SCREAMING "NOTICE ME! NOTICE ME!". It's a conversation that has become dangerously politicized after Trump's election. The only rational people on both sides of the aisle are those who understand the difference between illegal and legal. Based on your "legal secretary" experience, I'm still not sure that you do.

I think technology provides us with a lot of "cool" prospects, however automation is not something that we can romanticize about. We already face an unemployment issue. Add to that our crumbling infrastructure, poor health care, and the obscene financial weight of advanced education. Do you really think less jobs for everyone else is the answer? Are you aware of how untenable it is to survive on minimum wage at it's current price floor? Now you want to compound that issue by bringing in more people to the equation? Do you understand supply and demand and its impact on wages?
