Do you think an ammendment protecting privacy and freedom on the internet will be necessary to protect us from spy agencies? So far the bill of rights hasn't stopped them and with all of the bills being introduced to limit the once open internet it seems inevitable that the internet as we know it will soon be much more heavily censored and watched.
And if an ammendment was proposed now to protect privacy online do you think it could pass?

Really poor farming class with very few choosing to receive an education. For many, they don't see the point of school, and they would rather have their kids help on the farm.

That would quite obviously be the start and end of the civil war. And if he was alive, (no clue how old this guy is) it would be the 1954 Guatemalan coup d'état. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1954_Guatemalan_coup_d'%C3%A9tat
Though I guess he might say something about the restoration of the ruins, and how there is no money to continue any projects despite many new ones being discovered.

Lived there for a year, and I can answer this for you.
How to fix the government.
But on this same token, the majority of the community willingly chooses to be ignorant, and refuses schooling for their children and themselves.
For many, the answer was communism, which is why there was a civil war in Guatemala for so long.
