What is the best method of ingestion in your opinion?

Cannabinoids are lipophilic, but you need to get the fat to cannabinoid ratio just right.

You are aware that the liver can tear apart certain cannabinoids during the metabolization process, right? Also it's more affective to eat it, if the cannabinoids are bonded to a non-polar solvent like ethyl alcohol. It's also more effective to extract it using chloroform because chloroform won't extract as much sugar, chlorophyll, or wax as CO2 or butane. You know that, right?
