Since you say you have a real shot at living 10+ years. Are you going to be aggressive, or very lax with paying off med school loans? (if you have any that is). Personally I'd say screw the loans and pay the minimum.

The medical field is somewhat double faced. On the outside it’s very PC, but on the inside, it is extremely traditional and entrenched in quite a few obsolete thought patterns and practices. In particular, these “treatments” serve to also enrich the treatment centers. The cost of them can be up to six figures. Not always true because idk, but from everything I’ve read, and people I’ve talked to this is what it seems like.
