How would you recommend someone deals with starting talk therapy during a “high” time?
I have an appointment with a clinician coming up that I made weeks ago when I was at one of my very low points, but now that it’s getting closer, I’m afraid I won’t have anything to say even though I know how scary my thoughts get when I’m in a “low” time.
