Do scientologists drink or smoke weed? Any rules against it?

So if the town of Clearwater legalized weed coffee shops along their newly revitalized waterfront, this might be a good way to piss off the scientologists and collect some tax revenue. That town is over run with scientologists, who have bought up a majority of the buildings and pay zero in local taxes. Just a thought.

Edit to add: are you familiar with Scientology buying up most of Clearwater, Florida? Are there more long range real estate plans in the works? Do these sorts of things get discussed at in-house planning committees?
