what are the opportunities for Indian startups in the battery space? Battery pack making? recycling?

Hi guys. A practical business problem here. I am building a system which deploys computers in different locations. Each of which then process images and video generated at the location using OpenCV and OpenFrameworks and converts that into statistics about that location. How do I add AI to this? Should I do it on my own servers or should I use a cloud service, given that the quantity of image and data is likely to be very large in my case. Which Cloud service provider should I choose to build this? I have the impression that Google does the best AI. And all the cloud providers are basically the same as regards the money that they charge for their services – Azure, AWS, IBM Watson and Google.
