I said long ago that the UBER Mission Statement should be : " UBER : Our Terms Of Service Are Meant To Be Broken And Never Questioned. NOW SHUT UP AND DRIVE ! " .

If you follow TOS and report incidents too often as a driver you are making waves and will be retaliatory deactivated in a matter of time.
