Haha, my girlfriend is Ukrainian and complains about American bread all the time. It took her a year or so to even tolerate it.

I've actually had many kinds of "real" bread - I even bake my own every now and then. Still, I often throw together sandwiches with Walmart white bread because I'm cheap and lazy.
