Do you get trained on interviewing people who may demonstrate these behaviors due to something like Autism Spectrum Disorder?

At my elementary school, we had pretty much the greatest janitorial staff on earth. Can't remember their names now, but all the kids would say hi to them by name every time we saw them in the halls. There wasn't much turnover, so they would get to interact with the same kids for all seven (k-6) years. They were awesome. Bummer to hear that you don't get much respect :( From a former kid who puked at school a bit too frequently, THANK YOU!! Schools can't run without you guys.
