Social worker here: Continue to file reports with CPS. Be as detailed and descriptive as possible. Chances are, the social worker will investigate and may find nothing concerning to open a report about.

If there's active fighting, etc. occurring, call the police NO MATTER WHAT. Even if the fight is over and people have dispersed. Contact the police. You never know when someone may come back.

How difficult is it to get funding for a program that is focused on male and trans sex workers?
