Do the people of North Korea believe that Americans hate them and want them dead? Of the propoganda I have seen they portray Americans as evil baby killers. If North Korean people do believe this, would you say that it is the same among all generations of North Koreans?

How easy is it to get information in North Korea even about things happening across the country? For example, someone in 평양 would know what is going on with missile testing sites or concentration camps?
