Why no medicines now and what do you do to cope? I find that mine disappear when i focus but flare when I'm not at a task

I'm almost 31 and was diagnosed with tourettes when I was nine. I lead a perfectly normal life. I'm a firefighter. I applaud you for posting this. I'd thought about doing one myself. I'm currently on no medicine either(used orap, tenex, few others for a while. Orap was great for a bit), and outgrew a lot of my ticks.
