As a cashier, has someone ever tipped you by giving you an item they had just purchased. If so what was it?

This makes me uncomfortable. I don't care how much you know about medicine. To put it straight, someone could be seriously harmed because of you. If I were you I would stop immediately, and not mention this to anyone on future jobs, as it is extremely unethical in my opinion. I don't want a kid who isn't even done algebra anywhere near me if I am having a surgery. So here's my question. Have you ever considered stopping, or are you going to wait until you seriously harm someone before you stop?
