Gotta ask, as a Louisianan, since you've been down here a few times... what was your favorite meal in the state?

I lost my best friend Cassie earlier this year to this condition. She was 16. She had the Recessive Dystrophic form. I think about her and miss her terribly every fucking day. But just like you she outlived doctor's expectations repeatedly and did TONS of stuff they told her she'd never do. She lived fully and joyously.
