My sleep is often/always broken up due to having babies. They're great sleepers but always wake up at 3am and the 6am. So I sleep from 9-10pm to 6am with a 30 minute intermission. I am always tired even though I'm usually getting 6-8 hours of sleep. Is there an optimal way that I could approach this nighttime sleep break? Is napping the answer? I have a hard time napping is there some way to approach a nap that would make it easier to fall asleep?
