Thank you for the IAMA. 1. We were just told of prenatal dx of DS, and the doctors advised termination. The baby has heart problems as well. Having read across various issues from bioethics to eugenics related to Down Syndrome,what would be your advise for expectant parents with prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome ?

2.What are you possibly foreseeing a long term occupational/living arrangement for your daughter ? Would the responsibility fall on your elder daughter after you ?
