Geeze man... you know you can eat healthy without touching salad, right? Eat some grains, legumes, nuts, mushrooms, potatoes, and a variety of different fruits and veggies.

Not him, but I have experienced "runner's high" before. It honestly feels kind of like being stoned, but milder and without the sleepy feeling.

You can definitely get a runner's high from jogging. I don't know how long it takes in terms of time, but I'd say anything past 10 miles has a good chance of giving you a "runner's high".

Your tastes can and will change after your diet does. This is something which has been demonstrated over and over again with extreme dietary intervention experiments. It's hard to take that step because the brain focuses more on how it feels right now than how it might feel in the future.
