Exactly.

Rape is often one of the hardest cases to take to trial, because it often relies on “He said/she said” stories. Unless it’s caught on camera or there are other witnesses to corroborate, it won’t make it to trial.

This is not my opinion of how rape and sexual assault should be treated, it’s the unfortunate reality of the situation.
