Who in the world thought up a traffic diamond? They redid an on-ramp at the interstate and it's a traffic diamond. It looks insane and I always marvel that I ended up on the interstate going the right direction and nothing ran me over on my way there.

Are they used everywhere else in the country and it's just time they've finally made it to rural areas?
