Can you touch a bit more on how your aerospace background helped you build routines? Have you made FBDs of yourself on a pole to design moves?

That's amazing! I'm imagining how fun it would be to do a class for physics nerds who want to learn pole dancing where you get into the weeds while you learn technique, hah.

Two quick questions:

Outside of bourbons, what is your drink of choice? And what really differentiates bourbon from other whiskeys flavor wise?
