What’s one thing that surprised you about working with Meloni?

I got my bachelors degree in history a few years ago and I’ve found it quite hard to find a job doing something I’m passionate about! I want to be an archivist but it seems everywhere I look I need a masters degree. Is there any hope for getting a job in the history field without a masters?
