Yea, I saw two managers get fired in my 18 months there. One was stealing time (not clocking for lunches, leaving for a few hours and not clocking. The other one was our GM's protege, who was stealing apple products (iPhones, macbooks) and other laptops. Did this consistently for about 4-6 months....at my store. Came from another with his GM daddy. Funny thing was how long it took...they started letting ONLY MANAGERS UNLOCK VALUABLES, and shit was still getting stolen. Hmm, i wonder who is stealing shit that locked up?

In the mafia or in general that type of previous profession of yours, is it expected to serve time? Do you grow up in the mob, bettering your standing within it, all the time knowing that whatever empire built will ultimately come crashing down? Is it expected, sort of in a circle of life kind of way?
