how difficult is it to harvest eggs from a woman’s ovary and does that affect her hormones?

Is this the same process for removing all of the eggs for donation? Personally, I am not looking to have any children, but I was curious if I would have to be on hormone replacement if there were ripped out. And thank you so much for answering my question.

That’s what I was worried about, because my mom had ovarian cancer and she started menopause at 35 from being scooped clean, minus 1/4th of an ovary. I was curious if the removal or even if tubal litigation would delay the process
