Hi. How do you manage being away from family and friends? Do you ever miss them?

This is what's happening to me now. I have job offers outside my country and I'm really eager to take the adventure. I'm not sure though because I have very very good friends here and specially my brother who is also my best friend. I know I will miss them and I am not very extroverted type of guy, so starting again as an expat in a foreign country where people are usually known for being cold is gonna be difficult for me.
