David, as a professional RTS player and designer, what games beside the Starcraft franchise do you think were paragons of balance or imbalance?

Do you feel your job as a "RTS balance specialist" is very specific, or do draw inspiration from people and projects that came before you, be it in the gaming industry or somewhere else?

I don't think it was forced, I think it was great for both characters. Even more for Widow, because you expect Banner to have a crush, but Widow wanting intimacy is a paradox that was very well used by Scarlett Johanson.

Hi! I'm a long time fan. The questions:

Arcade/Custom games

1) Many people in the community, specially map makers, would like to try and test high ground advantages in melee games. But according to modders it is really difficult to set this in the editor. Is there any help coming in that sense?

2) How much you guys know of inniciatives such as Fewer Resources per Base and OneGoal? What do you think of the changes they proposed? Did you find anything at least interesting, why or why not?

3) Conving friends into trying Starcraft can be a hard task. Are we going to lose the ability to show them all those wonderful Arcade maps that are available to the Starter currently? Also, do you have any other plans to change the Starter Edition for HotS?

4) Dustin, David and Alan: sometimes that great idea one has is very well received, and sometimes it is not. What's your favorite popular idea/decision, and your favorite unpopular idea/decision about Starcraft? Be it UI, design, balance etc. I demand distinct answers!

5) Any plans on expanding the Rewards? Many people are excited about alternate/vintage soundtracks or sound effects, what do you think of that? What about the option of toggling skins off?

DB, do you have any idea of when or how can you deliver this? I mean, everyone knows how important and problematic the Arcade is. So what are possible solutions to fix/improve it?

This question is really interesting, but maybe some people will think that, whatever his answer is, the fact that he has been "enjoying the luxuries" of an enemy nation must be considered treason.

Being a western living in Afghanistan isn't the same thing as helping Al Qaeda to hickjack an airplane and throw it into the WTC. Think about it guys.
