The last time i smoked, I had a bad reaction with some really bad anxiety and a racing pulse. I had never had this happen before. My understanding was that this is not uncommon and is often due to a high THC, low CBD content. Is this accurate, and if so, what sort of amounts/ratio of THC/CBD would one look for to avoid this?

I try to do unique voices for characters when reading to my kids, but some of the more gravelly voices tend to do me in after a while, any tips on making them easier or soothing the throat afterwards?

A friend of mine builds boats for a maritime museum based on archaeologoal finds. He absolutely loves it because he starts out having no ideal how they were originally built. What sort of projects have you taken on that excited you because you knew nothing about it?
