Before you go on tour, what process goes into song selection and how each song is played?

I've been playing guitar for the last 10 years and have been able to play for hours, no problem. For the last 2 years I've been working with heavy tile and flooring wood. At times, when I pick stuff up I can hear a small snap on my hand or hands, followed by a tingling, numbness vibration in my hand. Its effected how I play guitar, where my hands hurt after 20 to 30 minutes.

Any idea what this might be or what I should do?

What kind of surprises can we expect on this tour? Any hints?
