Nice project. Do you think there should be a certification system for journalists? Maybe even a licensimg system? It's been kicked around here and there in j-schools for decades, but always rejected. Perhaps it's time? Thoughts?

How will the US government's staff be prepared to effectively promulgate and manage such a new system? Seems many employees do not have the capacity to understand use of data, never mind ome with an ethical standard. So, thoughts on issues of effective implementation would be great! Thanks...
