I completely understand the not enough time dilema, but you need to make time. Even if it is with your best friend or most trusted family member. I was in the army for 6 years as a crew chief (the guy that has the machine gun in the wondow) on blackhawk helicopters. During my deployment to iraq I dealt with death more than I would care to admit, but the ptsd wasn't noticable until after I had made it back to the states. I was never in one place long enough to get the help I needed professionally. It helps to vent, even if they have no idea how it feels or what you go through, it helps. If you do need someone to talk to and feel as if no one else could comprehend, feel free to send me a message and I can give you my personal email. I am not a psychiatrist, but I was 21 when I was on my first deployment to iraq, so if anything else I can lend you an ear and conversation as someone who has also been through overly traumatic experiences.

After becoming so busy, what would you say is the most missed thing or hobby you used to take part in more often? Huge fan of your work btw. And thank you for doing this ama! Best of luck to you and your career!
