Wouldn't the water slowly become radioactive?

There is a bike code for cycling and walkable cities. It came out of a collaboration between several urban planning departments from cities like New York and San Francisco. They're not "codes" per se but guidelines or suggestions from agencies that have done a lot of experimentation and learned a lot through trial and error.

Do you find that the best arrangement for growing plants in microgravity is to arrange them around the inside of a cylinder towards a central linear light, or is it more space efficient to grow them in racks with a field of LEDs above each shelf, or what works best?
