For some reason, it is really popular in our town (Cape Coral, Florida). Probably better in Miami at Tio Colo, but I like the places here. Im actually waiting on one now. The crust has a fried feel and it a little burnt on the edges. Very light on the sauce and nice flavor. I’ll tag a pic of the one I just got.

Have you seen Pizza Slice in Tokyo? It's like the Japanese version of a NY slice place, but also very stylized. Their IG kinda neat. Just wondered if you'd heard anything about the actual quality of the pizza.

Sure, it's outside of your field of expertise, but do you have a favorite Cincinnati chili spot?

Oh yeah, there is some fantastic pizza down here. I like Downtown House of Pizza in Fort Myers, but there are a ton of good places. I do need to try Nick & Stella's.
