What is your favorite movie of all time and why is it UHF?

I'm a US citizen born to a Canadian citizen and should have citizenship rights in Canada as well. However my application was rejected because my birth certificate was in black and white. They said it was a copy, but it's an actual original from the city i was born in with an embossed seal and everything. There's no phone number in immigration i can call for support, i tried the local embassy and they refused to help. I'm afraid resubmitted documents will be rejected as there are no differences or changes i could make. The first response took around 10 months when i applied. Any recommendations?
