Do you see antifa engaged politically as well? Do they endorse candidates, seek office, provide campaign support or otherwise engage in democratic activities?

I had assumed that there was a Bernie Sanders supporter element in antifa. Is that incorrect?

I see some parallels to BPP in that defensive violence is an option for fighting white supremacy. The BPP is also known to have a community building component, providing food to impoverished African-Americans. There was allegedly an internal conflict between the two actions, defense vs community building. Do you see a similar conflict within antifa? Are there members that are engaging in positive actions and calling them antifa operations?
