We're planning on launching a Kickstarter campaign in a few weeks so we can manufacture and sell them on a REALLY large scale.

That's not really a plan though.

Pretending you had the money already, do you know that Brixo can be manufactured on a large scale and whether you can do so in a cost effective way that stays close enough to the same tolerances that Lego have?

I don't suppose any of your designs are unique enough to be patented?

Well, no you don't. Even still you have to admit lawyers are known for fighting on sides and with methods they don't necessarily agree with because that's how they can get the job done.

I don't think it should be taken for granted that because a lawyer fought for something they must believe in it.

Note that I'm speaking to the use of the supreme court, and not her thoughts on gay marriage.
