First off, thanks for doing this AMA. I'm a huge fan of TLOU.
Second, why did Ellie say "I've done this before, I'm kind of an expert" When stitching Joel up at the end of the game? Is it implied that she learned it in the military prepatatory school? Somebody in /r/thelastofus suggested that the recording you find of Ellis could be a hint that the girls cut off Riley's hand in desperation once they relized Ellie wasn't turning. It was probably a sarcastic comment by Ellie and I'm putting too much thought into it though.
Knowing you guys though it's probably just left up to my interpretation.

I respect the self control you guys have when choosing not to tie every loose end like that. The end of the game hit me hard because I knew that the journey was over, but there was still so much to think about.

First off, I want to let you know how appreciative I am of all the music you've created over the years. It probably drives my family crazy with how much I whistle the Halo theme all the time. I listen to your work regularly and will always have room for it in my music collection.
Now for my question even though you might not be able to answer it. Did something happen behind the scenes at Bungie that caused Destiny to have a major change in design/scale? When looking back at older trailers and interviews, it seems a lot smaller and less ambitious than it was originally planned to be. Even a yes or no answer would be appreciated.
