Something I've been curious about, and obviously depends a lot on where you are and local attitudes etc, so obviously you can only answer from your local experiences...

Given a scenario where:

• an officer comes across a person with some weed
• that wasn't the reason the cop was sent there (or anything else similar like looking for any drugs)
• the person isn't causing any problems

...what percentage of officers do you think will just ignore it and let them off -vs- busting them?
