Back in the early 1980s an American journalist did this. He walked around the entire world. No vehicles. He also only ate what others offered to him freely. He didn't use hotel rooms and didn't even ask others for food. It took him 2.5 years to get back home. He wrote a book about his journey called "Worldwalk". My question is this: If you get into any kind of trouble (like being accused of spying) are you expecting your home country to help you out?
