lacks of precision at the border edges
From what I have seen, this seems to be a Penabled issue rather than a Surface Pro/Pro 2 issue. My HP Compaq tc4400 & EliteBook 2740p convertibles have both exhibited this same behaviour, as did the ThinkPad X41 and X61 that I played with briefly.
