Not making anything in particular just a very meticulous and thought out approach to that type of food. If you can learn some things and then relay them to the camera, that would be fun as shit. Love the vids! In one of them, I suggested using vapor instead of smoke to make the presentation last longer. Did you try it? No real aromatics but it dissipates less.
